I'm about to make a new appointment and want to note that Village Autoworks is consistently consistent - always customer focused, always fair, and always honest!!

Didn't realize how close and convenient Village Autoworks Woodbury was...and then to discover how easy it was to make an appointment and have an oil change at a reasonable cost. It was a nice experience - work was done quickly - comfortable waiting area. I will be back. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Always very helpful. Took the time to listen and comment to my issues on the phone and in person. Fixed the problem that the dealership didn't. All at a reasonable price.

I have been going to the Roseville location for several years and have had all maintenance and repairs done on my 2013 F-150. Today was a game changer. I took my F-150 in for an oil change and rotation. Being that I just paid $700.00 a piece for new tires I wanted to make sure they got rotated so I marked the back tires with a marker on the white lettering so that I could verify they were rotated. I then took a picture as proof. Guess what? they didn't rotate the tires. I took the manager out and showed him the proof. Solution, I'd be glad to get you in and rotate them. I already paid for the service and was ready to leave. Had to wait another 40 minutes for the correct rotation. When I got back in and ready to leave for the second time, I noticed the old oil change sticker was still in the window. I then checked the oil change meter and that too hadn't been reset. Nothing was ever offered for my hassle and extra time. All I got was an excuse about new help and very busy. Hope my oil was changed. Back to the Ford dealer I go.

I would like to describe my experiences with the Village Autoworks in Woodbury because finding consistent, outstanding service for your vehicles can be a challenge, especially if you are new to the area. From the front desk to the mechanics working on my car, every person I have met has been consistently: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and ethical. After any service on my car, I always received a phone call later asking how my car was running. That was remarkable because I have been driving for a long time and that has never happened. I would recommend them without reservation.

I have always been very happy with the service I have received here. One thing I really appreciate is that they give you a ride home when your car is being fixed, and then come and pick you up when it is done. They also give out free loaner cars when needed. I also like that it is family owned.

I called for a tire rotation and Jeff got me right in that morning. A short wait with a Complimentary cup of coffee and done. Price was right and the friendly service can't be beat. Now that I own my vehicle, I will be back if I have any service needed.

First time here with my Lincoln. Was not happy with the dealership I bought from. Oil change and tire rotation done efficiently and cost effective. Andy even helped me with things I didn't understand about my car. Jumped in and did it. Just over all helpful and kind. As a senior I felt like Andy really cared for my car and me as a customer. I will be back and sending others your way.
